Set reminder frequency to urge customers to take action

To urge customers to take action you can automatically trigger a reminder notification to be resent on a reoccurring schedule. Your customer will receive this notification indefinitely until their order is moved out of this status.

This is great for not-as-described orders. Most platform users set this reminder to send every 2 days urging customers to deny or accept their new offer for orders that are not as described.
